Friend and Annoying BF
All my close friends happen to be girls and all have boyfriends, one is even married. I don’t care too much because they are all kool, except for one. So here’s the deal, my friend boyfriend is the MOST annoying human being that I have ever met (and it takes A LOT to annoy me). When you talk to this guy about anything he either has done it, knows someone who’s done it or is going to do it. My other friends called him a “topper”, which is soo true because whenever you say something he has to top you. Well he was in the military and left to boot camp for a while, which was great because we, as in all my friends, were able to hang out and not have him around. NONE of my friends like this guy, and we all find him annoying and talks way too much.
He has been back from boot camp for a while now, and I have not seen or talk to my friend as much anymore. Before she would call me 2 – 3 times a week either during her lunch break or on her drive home from work and would just talk about random crap to past the time before she either has to go back to work or get home. But now she doesn’t call anymore at all, which I don’t mind too much because her man is back now so I understand. I don’t call her because I don’t know what’s her schedule is like and when I do call it usually goes to voicemail, so that’s why she is the one who usually calls.
Well anyways tonight all of us were supposed to meet up for dinner. But she called me yesterday, after about a month or so of not talking to her, and she said she wasn’t sure if she would be able to go to dinner tonight and said she had some personal family reason. I found it strange because she always tells me her problems and I always try to help if I can, so I just said alrite and left it at that. Last night another friend called and said that dinner is cancelled for tonight because my friend wasn’t going to be able to make it and it turns out that the personal family reason was that her boyfriend’s dad was sick. She could have told me that, but I guess things have changed. Sorry for the long ass post, just had to vent about my friend and the world’s most ANNOYING person.

Gym Pt.2
Tonight, while on the treadmill I saw a guy with the hottest body rinsing himself in preparation to get into the pool. His body was soo nice and tight, you could see his six pack. It was the perfect swimmers body.
Then I also ran into an old friend, well more of an acquittance, from high school. I always found him annoying and in high school he was fairly in shape, but when I saw him tonight I was SHOCK. He gained sooo much weight I was going crazy I couldn't stop staring. It made me feel really good about myself, especially since in the last few weeks I have lost some weight.
I am happy that I have not gained weight since high school, even though it has been a few years since I graduated, actually many years...haha. But lots of people that I have seen from high school have gained tons of weight, he was not the first one he just gained so much more than an average person would gain.

Six Flags Magic Mountain
It was a fun day, I haven't been there in a LONG while and there were a few new rides that were awesome. I was surprise that there weren't many people. I guess because it was a Sunday and was also kinda cloudy and cold people didn't want to go. Which was great for us because the longest wait we had was like 45 minutes and that's nothing for Magic Mountain.
The only thing that sucks was a bunch of people bailed out last minute so it ended up being just me and my friend and her husband. Its kool and all, but I just HATE being the third wheel, especially at a theme park when seating for most of the rides are in pairs. Other than that I had a great time.

Casino Night
Tonight after I got out of work, I rushed home, changed and we (as in my cousins and I) headed out to one of my cousins friends mom birthday. It was kool, we hung out for a while, ate tons of food, chatted with everyone then we headed to casino near by (a little over an hour away) on an Indian reservation.
When we got there the place was packed, because it was a Saturday night and the casino has a pretty kool club, so there were TONS of people all dressed up. MANY hot ass guys dressed up, lookin sexy as ever in hopes of tryin to pick up some women I assumed. Everywhere I looked there were hot guys and girls and the way some of the girls were dress DAMN (only if I swung that way...haha) and it was a cold night so they must have been freezing. After I got over my initial shock of hot men, we looked for a table which was very hard to find an empty seat. We gambled for a few hours and at the end of the night I came out even money, which is GREAT. But one of my cousins on the other hand ended up winning around 600 bucks, which is VERY rare.
And now I should be going to bed because its around 4 am, but I am not sleepy. Even though I have to wake up early tomorrow/today because I am going to go to Six Flags Magic Mountain. Haven't been there in a LONG ass time so its should be fun. Alright I have to try and get some sleep.

It's RAINING!!!!
The rain is finally here and I LOVE it. As I am typing this it is pouring and I mean pouring rain. I think this is the first time this year that we actually have real rain, something that we seriously need. I don't know what it is about the rain, but it puts me in a very good mood.

Brothers & Sisters
If you have not seen this show, I recommend watching it. I don't know what time it comes on anywhere else, but in Southern California it comes on at 10pm on Sunday nites on ABC. It can also be seen on ABC.com I am not to sure if all the episodes are on there, but you should still check it out to get an idea of the show.
It is about a very dysfunctional family, that argues all the time. It's a great show.

Another Concert
I am just about to leave for another concert. This time it is at The Glasshouse in Pomona. I don't know any of the bands, so it should be interesting. But there is this very kool bar called The Yesteryear across the street from The Glasshouse that has very good drinks with very interesting names, so I'm excited for that...haha. Well off to the concert and bar I go.

Where's the rain???
I know that I shouldn't be complaining about the beautiful sun shine out here in Southern California. But we really need some rain, otherwise this summer is going to be bad. Since it was only rained a total of 4 maybe 5 times this year all the grass are very dry and fires start really easy. Just yesterday there were two fires, it was a good thing that they were small and firefighters were able to put them out quickly.
I am jealous of majority of the country they have rain and even snow. I LOVE the cold, wet rainy weather. I guess that is because we hardly get it here.

Smoking
Yesterday on my drive home from work, while at a stop light, I notice in the car next to me there was a grandmother smoking. I don't really care about that, but it wasn't until I saw who was in the back seat that pissed me off. Her granddaughter was sitting back there and here's this lady just smoking away with only her window open. I mean come on you can't believe that the poor kid is not inhaling the smoke. Might as well give the little girl a cigarette as well at least this way she has a filter.
Seeing people smoke while there are kids in the car REALLY bugs me.

Eventful Night
Just got back from the concert a little while ago and it was an eventful night to say the least. By the time I got there I notice there was a very long line already, but it was a good thing that my friends were already there waiting in the will call line. Once we got our tickets we found out that the bands we wanted to see weren't playing till later, so we decided to grab some dinner.
There was this sushi place across the street, which turned out to be pretty good and very affordable for being on the Sunset strip. After dinner we realize there was still tons of time left so we decided to grab a few drinks next door to The Roxy. The place was called Rainbow Bar & Grill, with a name like that and being in WEHO one would think that this would be a homosexual attracting establishment, but it wasn't or at least from what I saw, it was just like any other bar. It was pretty decent though, very cozy, a kool place to chill and kill some time.
After a few drinks it was time for the bands we wanted to see perform and they were very good. While the bands switch, a few of my friends notice that Misha Barton, from The OC, was in the VIP area. And then we happen to see a girl walk by and take of picture of her, which is when Misha came up to the girl who took the pic and asked her to delete it. Something we all didn't understand why because she wasn't doing anything bad in the pic, but at least she (Misha) ask politely...haha.
So this was one of my most eventful night that I have had in a while. Oh and on a side note, there were tons of hotties in the theater I couldn't help but to stare at a few, good thing it was kinda dark. And the bands Rooney, Ozma and surprise guest, someone I've never heard of before, Ben Lee, were all GREAT.

Ducks WIN!!!
With the lost of San Jose and the win tonight, the Ducks have won their first Pacific Division title in franchise history. They now have the number 2 seat in the West and will face Minnesota in the first round. I hope they can take it all the way and win it all this year.
On a side note the Anaheim Angels beat rivals Oakland A's. YEAH!!!

Tennis
I haven't played tennis in a while. The other day I was at the bank and ran into some of my old team mates from high school, they are twin brothers. It was kool talking with them again. So we having been chatting online, catching up with one another and he, my old tennis partner, mention that we should go play some tennis. So tonight after I got out of work we went to play. It felt good, I have forgotten how much fun tennis is, I miss playing it.
And now after a great night of tennis I am enjoying the new mint shake that Jack in the Box has, I'm not a big fan of mint but this is really good. What a way to end the day after burning calories playing tennis, I put it right back with this shake, but its totally worth it...haha.

To live 'n die in LA...
This was posted on Myspace, I found it pretty funny and many of these things are (sort of) true:
Your monthly house payments exceed your annual income.
You drive next to a Rolls Royce and don't notice.
You don't know anyone's phone number unless you check your cell phone.
You speak Spanish, but you're not Mexican.
You begin to "lie" to your friends about how close you are when you know that it'll take you at least an hour to get there (see below).
Getting anywhere from point A to point B, no matter what the distance, takes about "twenty minutes".
You make $300,000 a year and can't afford a home.
You drive to your neighborhood block party.
In the "winter", you can go to the beach and ski at Big Bear on the same day or mow your lawn in your shorts on New Years Day, and maybe sunburn.
You eat a different ethnic food for every meal.
If your destination is more than 5 minutes away on foot, you're definitely driving.
Calling your neighbors requires knowing their area code.
You know what In-'N-Out is and feel bad for all the other states because they don't have any.
You don't stop at a STOP sign, you do a California Roll.
You've partied in Tijuana at least 3 times and you don't remember at least 1 of them.
You go to a tanning salon before going to the beach.
You eat pineapple on pizza.
You think that Venice is a beach.
The waitress asks if you'd like "carbs" in your meal.
You classify new people you meet by their Area Code. An "818" would never date a "562" and anyone from "323" or "213" is ghetto/second class. Best area code: "949/714." Nobody likes anyone from the "909/951" because it stinks there.
You call 911 and they put you on hold.
The gym is packed at 3 pm...on a workday.
You know that if you drive two miles in any direction you will find a McDonald's, Subway or a Starbucks You know what "Sigalert", "PCH", and the "Five" mean.
You know the meaning behind the name of the 405 freeway.... because it takes 4 hours to get one way, and 5 hours to get back.
It's barely sprinkling rain and there's a report on every news station: "STORM WATCH".
The Terminator is your governor.
You actually get these jokes and pass them on to other friends from LA!

Sushi
There’s nothing better than a sushi dinner and catching up with a few of my cousins. One of my cousins is on vacation, so she came home from
We went to my favorite sushi restaurant called Kabuki. It has a large variety of sushi, at a decent price and also caters to the non sushi eaters as well. Their teriyaki and tempura's are very good. So if anyone is ever in

Angels and Ducks
I'm excited baseball season is about to start, but today I was looking at the Angels roster in the Sunday paper and realize that I don’t know half the team. I knew they had traded my favorite player, Darin Erstad, but forgot that they traded MANY other players as well. Now I have to familiarize myself with this new team, its going to be strange when I go to the games because I won’t know who is who. They pretty much have a new infield and outfield and a few new pitchers as well, I don’t know what’s going on.
Also, my Anaheim Ducks are doing VERY well right now. They are tied for first place in the Western Conference and have a four point lead in the Pacific division with 3 games left to play. Hopefully they will be able to win out the rest of the season and get their first Pacific division title as well as take it all the way and win the Stanley Cup.

Cousins
Being any only child can get very lonely at times. But since I have become older my cousins and I are getting closer. I love my cousins, they are the closest thing I have to a brother and sister, they are brother and sister.
Tonite for example they called me up to see if I wanted to go to dinner. I think it is awesome that they think about me, lately we have been hanging out much more often, and I love it.
