It was SOOO much harder than I thought it ever would be. I thought I would be able to hold back the tears, but as I approach her it came pouring and could not stop, along with everyone else.

Bless your heart, baby. Funerals are the toughest things we ever have to go through and they never get any easier. In a way that is a good thing, because they show you how much you care. At least your friend is out of pain now - that is something to be grateful for. Have you thought about how you want to honor her memory?
